White, Overweight Women Paid Less
 
While we acknowledge that categorical obesity causes an increase in cost to companies...(a la the Duke U. study:  http://www.usatoday.com/news/health/2007-04-23-overweight-worker-study_N.htm ), and  believe this should be addressed in some businesslike manner (wellness programs, perks, health incentives), NAAO does not support singling out one sex, one race, or any one sub-set of people.
Studies show it’s not just slender-folk with biases against the obese. It’s also rampant among their own. Wanna know where you fall in? Harvard has a great web site where you can test your own bias:
